By accessing or using BetLedger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

BetLedger is a tracking and record-keeping tool for matched betting activities. We provide calculators, balance trackers, offer checklists, and related utilities. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, or facilitate any bets or wagers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any gambling activity you track is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. BetLedger does not provide financial, betting, or gambling advice.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any bookmakers or exchanges you use.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to track activity that violates any applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by English law:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, data, or information displayed.
  • We are not liable for any financial losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
  • We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions, data loss, or errors.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code of the Service are owned by BetLedger. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

8. Pricing changes

The Service is currently free during beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
